Role Responsibilities

T/CCI is seeking to hire an Inventory Coordinator to support our Inventory Team. In this role, the Inventory Coordinator will work with internal stakeholders inside our Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, and Manufacturing departments. The Inventory Coordinator is an essential position in ensuring that the inventory needs of operations are met and that inventory records are accurate. They always ensure the accuracy of the perpetual inventory by researching inventory variances, maintaining the integrity of product storage locations, and monitoring material receiving and other material movement transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor warehouse/manufacturing product inventory and perform cycle counting duties to ensure that all materials are properly verified and are reflective of reported inventory. The Inventory Coordinator will maintain inventory accuracy through proper counting, and processing of material reports and transfers. The Inventory Coordinator will also assist the Warehouse, Production, Engineering, and Customer Service in locating materials.

• Perform daily cycle counts in the bins, and semi-monthly/monthly cycle counts in Work in Progress areas (WIP)
• Investigate reasons to understand inventory discrepancies; assist Shipping and IT (other functions) with inventory discrepancies.
• Work with Engineering function to help modify BOMs to capture various accessories such as clutch kits, packaging, shims, consumable goods, etc.
• Work on projects inside of the Inventory function and in conjunction with other departments, i.e. with Engineering on updating BOMs
• Perform relabeling and labeling to support scanning of inbound/outbound material
• Support overarching customer labeling process to ensure good data in (process being developed with IT and Inventory)
• Review daily inventory moves based on IT-generated reports to ensure material storage, and material movement is correct and production orders have consumption against them to reduce errors
• Provide on the production floor support for Production, Shipping, and Material Handling resources

• Experience in ERP systems such as MS Nav is helpful, but not required

Education

High school degree or equivalent; advanced education such as Associates Degree or advanced certifications preferred, but not required.
